My Journey in Sustainability —
From Blueprints to Green Prints
Hello, I’m Jayson Magbojos — an engineering professional with over 16 years of experience in construction, facility management, and hospitality operations. My career began in 2008 when I earned my PRC Civil Engineer license, followed by my PRC Master Plumber license in 2010. Since then, I’ve managed complex facilities operations and projects, and in 2025 I decided to take the Qatar's Engineering Licensure Examination and pass the said UPDA Civil Engineer license.
In recent years, I’ve discovered a deep passion for sustainability. Though I’m still new to this field, I’ve committed myself to learning, applying, and sharing knowledge that can make a real difference. My journey into sustainability has been marked by key milestones:
LEED Green Associate
LEED AP Building Operations and Maintenance (LEED AP O+M)
LEED AP Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
IOSH Managing Safely (IOSH MS)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB)
This website is my platform to share blogs, insights, and authored content focused on LEED and sustainable practices. By publishing here, I aim not only to contribute to the professional community but also to earn the CE hours required for LEED credential maintenance.
My mission is simple: to combine my engineering expertise with sustainability principles, helping shape buildings and operations that are efficient, resilient, and environmentally responsible. I believe every project is an opportunity to leave a positive impact, and I’m excited to share that journey with you.
